The houses, some of them 150 years old, were rented to company employees. They have been sold to a developer. -CENTURY OLD CHURCH - Houses in Tomkins Cove date 50 years before church at end of Church Street. Houses had been owned by New York Trap Rock and rented to employees until the Trap Rock firm sold them last week.
